Keep Building

As I shared in my last blog, often when the Lord gives us a promise, a prophetic word or inspiration to do something, the enemy will try to bring opposition to try to get us to stop and give up. That is what happened to the children of Israel in Ezra 4. King Cyrus (King of Babylon, Persia) had issued a decree to allow a group of Jews to go back to Jerusalem and start rebuilding it. Although their enemies were trying to oppose them from the start, when a new king arose, they saw a new opportunity to try to stop the rebuilding by sending false reports to the new king.

Ezra 4:4-5 says: 4 Then the people of the land tried to discourage the people of Judah. They troubled them in building, 5 and hired counselors against them to frustrate their purpose all the days of Cyrus, king of Persia, even until the reign of Darius king of Persia (NKJV). The Jews were temporarily ordered to stop building, but then the prophets Haggai and Zechariah encouraged them to start building again.

Again their enemies tried to stop them, but it backfired, because after the inquiry by the king was over, not only were their enemies ordered to leave them alone and let them keep building, but the king also said they were to take money out of the royal treasury to pay for the rebuilding.

We need to realize, anytime the Lord calls us to do something, we will get opposition from the enemy, but a delay does not mean denial. We have to keep building, praying, etc., until or unless the Lord tells us otherwise.

I would like to share a dream and a couple of visions my husband had recently regarding the election battle between Joe Biden and President Trump. The first one he had was a couple of weeks ago. In the dream, the people were getting ready to have an inaugural celebration, victory parade, etc., but there was a delay and some people started getting discouraged and going home. Tim said there was a large white tractor-trailer rig that had been quickly painted and prepared for the celebration, but there was an alligator between the tires. He said he allowed the truck to roll back, so they could try to remove the alligator and then applied the hand brake to stop the truck from rolling backwards (for those who are unfamiliar, an alligator can be a symbol of a leviathan spirit, which is a lying spirit; it twists the truth and many have said that this is the spirit that is influencing the fake news media). In the dream there were two men vying for the same woman, each making promises to her of what they would give her or provide for her if she came with them (I believe the woman represented America and the two men were Joe Biden and President Trump). Tim said he found his dress shoes in a ditch, covered over with a piece of wood and he removed the wood and then beat the dirt out of the soles and put them on (I think this could also represent people allowing discouragement to get into their souls, which we need to shake off). He then saw a black fancy tuxedo jacket with long tails and the inside of it reminded him of the colors of Star Trek (bright gold on the right and a faded gold on the left). He took this to mean “the stars are the limit.” As Tim was waking up from the dream, he saw a huge lock and a 17 pound sledge hammer and he heard a voice say “This hammer will break the lock so the inaugural celebration can begin.”

After sharing the dream and vision with me, my husband told me “there is no 17 pound sledge hammer,” meaning this must be symbolic. A few days later, I spoke with one of my close friends, Mary Rock, and after sharing the dream and vision with her, she said I have to tell you that my sister called me yesterday and said “what does the number 17 mean?” Her sister said she read or heard somewhere that President Trump’s favorite number is 17. Mary had looked up the number and found out that it meant victory! Needless to say, this gave us great encouragement. Then the following Sunday morning (a week later), my husband had another vision as he was waking up, where he saw President Trump and Melania dressed up super fancy, like they were dressed up for the inaugural ball celebration.

I recently heard a prophetic word given by Chuck Pierce in October of 2018 in which he said that the battle over the 2020 election would take us to January 18, 2021. I just want to say again that a delay is not a denial. The enemy wants to bring discouragement, because he knows if we give up and stop praying, he could win. Keep building! As I have said before, this is not about anyone’s personality. It is about preserving our freedom and liberties as Christians and citizens of the United States of America and what happens in America greatly affects the rest of the world. God bless you all.

In Christ,

Kelly Rowe
